The Blueprint for Modern Living: How Interface Technology, Smart Property Solutions, and Innovative Design are Shaping Our Urban Environments

Our fields of activity

Energy

Renewable energies are playing an increasingly important role in energy generation. In 2015, one in three kilowatt hours came from wind, solar, hydro, and bioenergy power plants. A major challenge remains in the area of heating.

Building

Almost 40% of total energy consumption in Germany is accounted for by the building sector. The building sector plays a key role in the implementation of climate protection targets.

To reduce energy consumption, private owners and the public sector can implement a wide range of measures, for example in the area of energy-efficient renovation.

Economy

Climate protection has long since become an important economic factor. Energy conservation and sustainability combine ecological and economic benefits.

Mobility

Our society is becoming increasingly mobile. To ensure that this does not come at the expense of nature, there are environmentally friendly and low-emission modes of transportation.

Everyday life

How do I live? How do I consume? How do I get around—in my free time or on my way to work? How do I build and renovate?

Our daily actions have an impact on our climate. It is up to us to create more climate protection and a better quality of life in our local communities.
