Local authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate can order election notifications for direct elections from the municipal data center of the state capital Mainz.
Election notification for individual direct elections with explanations
The election notification for individual direct elections must be ordered when a direct election is held in a local government on an election date.
The data in the fields marked in red will also be entered by KDZ Mainz after the respective municipality provides the VOIS interface file.
The template for the election notification has been coordinated with the State Election Commissioner.

The election notification for combined direct elections must be requested when two direct elections are held simultaneously in a local government on the same election date.
