Local authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate can order voting notifications for referendums from the municipal data center of the state capital Mainz.
Voting notification for referendums with explanations
The referendum notification for referendums must be requested when a referendum is held in a local government on a scheduled voting date.
The data in the fields marked in red will also be entered by KDZ Mainz after the respective municipality provides the VOIS interface file.
Please note that a maximum of 120 characters may be entered as free text in the order form under "Additional Election Text" and will be printed accordingly.
VOIS interface file format and transfer
Since the selection file generated via VOIS must always have the same structural layout and format for further processing in the context of printing and enveloping, you must always select the option "Print data without separate control file (WB-A)" as the export format in VOIS. Only in this format can we process the selection data you have prepared.
Please enter the following storage location in VOIS under "Export directory" and then inform us by email (wahlenkdz.mainzde) that you have stored your prepared election data. Please enter your three-digit MBOM number (registration authority classification code) in place of "xxx":
