The "Alliance for Water" (opens in a new tab) consists of stakeholders involved in implementing the Future Plan for Water of the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Climate Protection, Energy, and Mobility—and Mainz Public Utilities is naturally part of it! 

At the meeting, which took place at our administration office in Mainz-Mombach, the current implementation status of various projects and measures was presented. Afterwards, our CEO Jeanette Wetterling and Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager Torsten Bonnen gave a tour of the facility and, in particular, the construction site for the fourth treatment stage. From 2027, this will further improve the quality of wastewater treatment in Mainz.
