We have proof in black and white that we are a particularly family-friendly company: in 2025, we qualified for the "Work and Family" certificate for the fifth time. 

Our sustainable family and life-stage orientation in the workplace includes, for example, as far as possible in terms of business requirements:

At the award ceremony for the State Prize for Exemplary Employment of People with Severe Disabilities in late 2015, we were awarded second prize in the public service category.
