Extension of the Binger Straße lane closure and full closure of Wallstraße
The traffic island under the "Binger Schlag bridge" is currently being redesigned to make it cycle-friendly. For this purpose, the right-hand lane out of town on Binger Straße is closed and the right-turning lane on Wallstraße in the direction of Saarstraße is fully closed.
Due to unforeseen additional work on the existing cable route, the original completion date must be extended from April 10, 2026, to April 18, 2026. There will be no changes to the current traffic routing for motorized private vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists.
