Online solar series of cities and districts will be offered again in 2026
PART 4 of the information series on solar energy - "Renovating windows for energy efficiency - saving energy"- Free online lecture on window replacement on Wednesday, 11.03.2026 from 6.00 to 7.30 pm
Windows give your home its character. But in addition to their appearance, functionality is also important. Windows should allow light and fresh air into the house, while at the same time keeping out rain, wind, and cold. That's why your windows should not only be attractive to look at, but also close tightly and allow as little heat as possible to escape. If your old windows no longer meet these requirements, replacement is strongly recommended. This presentation will provide you with information on this topic.
Part 4 of the independent and comprehensive online information event on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. will provide a general introduction to the topic of window replacement. Common weak points of old windows will be presented and explanations will be given on how to recognize the energy efficiency of windows. Furthermore, it will explain what to look for when choosing new windows and what subsidies are available for window replacement.
The practical presentation will give you the opportunity to ask questions directly to the experts so that you can then take the next step toward installing your own rooftop PV system.
The event is part of the online seminar series Solar and Heat.
