Socially Integrative City/Social Cohesion - 2026 Disposal Fund, second round
The call for tenders for the disposal fund in Mombach, Neustadt and Lerchenberg is entering its second round. Approx. 7,000 euros are still available for Mombach, approx. 1,600 euros for Neustadt and approx. 4,300 euros for Lerchenberg. Applications for this can be submitted to the Neighborhood Management, Office for Youth and Family until Thursday, April 30, 2026.
Through the discretionary fund, organizations, institutions, and residents have the opportunity to submit ideas and projects for their neighborhood and apply for financial support. Proposals must have a direct connection to the respective neighborhood, be easily accessible, and be open to all residents of the neighborhood.
After creative ideas for the three neighborhoods were already presented in the first round, some funds are still available.
After submission, the project ideas will be reviewed, and the respective citizens’ committee will make independent decisions on the applications.
“The discretionary fund is a powerful tool for promoting civic engagement right here in the community,” says Jana Schmöller, Director of Social Affairs. “The many creative ideas from the first round show what is possible when people get involved and make a difference together. I warmly invite all residents, associations, and initiatives to take advantage of this opportunity.”
The neighborhood management team thanks everyone for the active participation in the 2026 Community Fund and looks forward to receiving further applications. Please feel free to contact the neighborhood management team directly.
