According to No. 6.6 of the administrative regulation on corruption prevention in public administration of the state government of Rhineland-Palatinate, the transparency requirement is met by publishing an annual grant report in accordance with Section 7 (1) No. 12 LTranspG. Grants exceeding a threshold value of €1,000.00 net must be published if they have been submitted to the city council of the state capital Mainz within the reporting period.
