With in-depth training in ten apprenticeship professions, we want to continue to recruit most of our employees from our own junior staff in the future.

We also offer good opportunities for permanent employment and excellent prospects after vocational training. This allows you to continuously expand the skills you have learned during your vocational training through a comprehensive internal training program and external training courses at the Municipal Study Institute.
