1. For the staging of public events

at which alcoholic beverages are to be served for consumption on the premises, the Registry, Legal and
Public Order Office issues a corresponding serving license/permit.

2. The Office for Economic Affairs and Real Estate is responsible for serving licenses/permits for
folk festivals, fairs, and all events to be determined.

Application:

• in writing
• Receipt at least 3 weeks before the start of the festival

Note:

Please submit applications and attachments without an appointment in sealed, addressed envelopes.

License to serve alcohol at events serving a charitable purpose: €35 per permit

License to serve alcohol at events serving a commercial purpose: €70 per permit

For events that involve significantly higher administrative costs than average, we reserve the right to charge a fee based on the actual time spent.
