The following persons can apply for an EU parking permit:

• Severely disabled persons with exceptional walking disabilities (mark "aG")
• Blind persons (mark "Bl")

The permit is personal and can only be used in the presence of the severely disabled person.

The permit is available from the Road Traffic Authority (Zitadelle).

Application:

• In person
• by sending copies of the necessary documents by mail
• Representation by an authorized person
• Online

The card is valid for 5 years. In the case of temporary severely disabled cards, the card is valid until the end of the term of the severely disabled card.

If you visit us in person, we will issue your ID card immediately. If you apply in writing, we will send it to you promptly.

• Valid severely disabled person's pass
• When applying by mail, a copy of the severely disabled person's ID card
• Passport photo

There are no fees.
