Full closure of Backhaushohl due to road surface renovation
Due to the upcoming road surface renovation by the road operator in the area of the streets Backhaushohl 12 - 28 and Draiser Straße 170 in the Mainz-Bretzenheim district from Tuesday, 26.05. to 01.06.2026, more space is finally required to carry out the final work.
Bicycle traffic will therefore be rerouted via Xaveriusweg. Riding on the sidewalk is neither permitted nor possible. The current traffic routing for motorized private vehicles and pedestrians remains in effect.
