As a citizen, you can visit the Information Desk to ask questions about benefits without making an appointment in advance. We will advise you and provide you with the appropriate application forms or accept them from you.
We will forward any submitted documents to the relevant department at the municipal office.
We will also identify the specific case worker handling your matter and provide you with their contact information.

Through the Information and Counseling Center, we aim to ensure low-threshold access to benefits and needs-based support.

We provide advice on the following benefits:

• Basic Income Support for the Elderly and Those with Reduced Earning Capacity
• Living Expenses Assistance
• Housing allowance
• Funeral expenses
• Education and Participation Package
• Distribution of application forms for advance child support

We will expand our counseling services at a later date to include information on parental allowance.

Our counseling also includes reviewing priority eligibility for housing assistance and clarifying distinctions between these benefits and those provided by the Job Center (SGB II).
