Every Tuesday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, we hold an open consultation hour. This is primarily intended for people who have not yet been in contact with BRÜCKE—including individuals of all ages affected by the issue and their family members, as well as professionals who wish to discuss their concerns in a confidential setting. 

During the open consultation hours, those seeking advice can easily receive an initial consultation without a prior appointment. During the initial meeting, BRÜCKE staff provide information about local support services as well as the broader support system and clarify the next steps on an individual basis. Concerns are treated confidentially; all counselors are bound by confidentiality.
