The Coordination Office for LGBTIQ Equality provides support on a range of issues such as coming out counseling, intercultural understanding, bullying, networking, cooperation, and resource referral. It is primarily aimed at associations and initiatives, but also offers citizens help through referral services. 

The Housing Coordination Office is responsible for coordinating and bundling all administrative activities aimed at creating urgently needed housing in the state capital of Mainz. It is therefore unable to assist with referrals or detailed questions about individual properties or apartments. This is because the Mainz city administration has only a very limited number of properties to offer and does not own any apartments itself.
